## How it works

URL: https://www.splashtumbler.com/about

One tumbler, made for one person at a time. How an image of yours ends up wrapped round a 40 oz cup, and what to know before you order.

Most tumblers are a colour. Ours are a picture: the dog who waits by the door, the band’s logo, the name you answer to, redrawn in a wrap with some attitude and printed all the way round. One person, one design.

Desk, car, gym bag, picnic: a cup you actually like is a cup you actually carry.

From the photo to the cup

Pick a wrap, drop in your image: Any clear image: a photo, a logo, a drawing, a pattern. Pick one of the six wraps and add a name if you like.

Approve the design: It comes up in about a minute, free. Change it and draw it again as often as you like; nothing is printed until you say yes.

We print it and ship it: Printed edge to edge to order, under a glossy finish, and tracked to your door, usually in 18 to 25 days.

## Shipping, returns and care

Size & finish: Size: 40 oz stainless steel, with a handle; the base fits a car cup holder; Print: The whole wrap, right round the steel, under a glossy finish from the rim to the base; Front: Your image, cut out and redrawn in the wrap’s style, with a name above it if you want one; Name: Optional, up to 20 characters, in the wrap’s own lettering; Care: Hand-wash with warm soapy water; keep it out of the microwave

Shipping: Printed to order from your approved design and tracked end to end. It usually arrives in 18 to 25 days; the estimate for your address is shown before you pay.

Before you buy: Made for you, so it is not returnable. Ask us anything before you buy and we will answer properly, usually the same day. The approved design is what we print.

Washing & care: Hand-wash it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, and keep it out of the microwave. The wrap is printed into the finish, not stuck on, so there is no edge to lift.

## Questions

What can I upload?: Any clear image: a photo, a logo, a drawing, a pattern. A phone photo is perfect. We clean it up and redraw it in the wrap’s style, so a messy background doesn’t matter.

Do I see it before you print?: Always. Your design comes up in the builder before you pay, and you can change the photo, the wrap or the name and draw it again until it’s right. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Is it a sticker?: No. The wrap is printed right round the steel, under a glossy finish that runs from the rim to the base, so there is no seam and no edge to lift. Hand-wash it with warm soapy water.

Which size is it?: 40 oz stainless steel, with a handle. It holds a whole day of water and the base still fits a car cup holder.

How long does it take?: We print to order once you approve the design, then it ships tracked to your door. It usually arrives in 18 to 25 days; checkout shows the estimate for your address before you pay.

Can I send it as a gift?: Yes. Put their address at checkout and it goes straight to them. For the holidays, check the delivery estimate at checkout before you pay.
